Registration of Interest
- By registering and confirming your interest in the Webinar an invoice will be generated with the RRP or the agreed discounted price where a valid discount code is presented.
- Invoices will be emailed from J&R Collective to the email used at registration
- Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required to secure your session before the webinar date
- Webinar sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet or Zoom) at the agreed time.
- All times mentioned are in UK time (GMT/BST)
- Payment is accepted via BACS please quote invoice number as reference
- Quoted prices exclude VAT
Technical Requirements
- Participants must have reliable internet connection and access to video conferencing software
- A computer/laptop with camera and microphone is recommended for optimal experience
- Mobile participation is possible but may limit interactive features
- J&R Collective is not responsible for participant technical issues preventing attendance
Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellations:
- Bookings are generally made on a non-refundable basis, however
- Cancellations made 14+ days before webinar date will receive a full refund less any software banking charges.
- All refunds will be processed within 28 days working days of initial payment
J&R Collective Cancellations:
- If minimum enrolment of 20 participants is not reached, the webinar may be rescheduled or cancelled
- In the event of technical difficulties during the video call, we will reschedule the remaining time at no additional cost
Force Majeure
- J&R Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule webinars due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions)
- In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available webinar
Session Access and Materials
- Sessions are live and interactive webinars - recordings are not routinely provided to participants
- Post-session materials and action plans will be delivered within 5 working days to the email provided at registration
- If materials are not received within this timeframe, participants should contact janet@jandrcollective.co.uk or rhona@jandrcollective.co.uk
- Participants requiring alternative formats, or special accessibility accommodations should notify us at time of booking.
Session Recordings
- Sessions may be recorded purely for J&R Collective's note-taking and quality improvement purposes
- Recordings will never be shared with anyone without prior written consent from all participants
- Any recordings made will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of the session
- Participants have the right to request that recording does not take place
Confidentiality
- All information shared during the session remains strictly confidential between participants and J&R Collective
- Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared by other attendees
Intellectual Property Rights
- All materials provided remain the property of J&R Collective Ltd
- Resources are licensed for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes
- Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal action
Data Protection
- J&R Collective processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements
- Contact details will be shared with Curious Connections only, no other third parties.
Dispute Resolution
